ADHD Screening [Zoom]
1-Hour Appointment
Service Description
Following your screening appointment (if eligible) you will be offered the full ADHD assessment within 3 weeks if your screening appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The cost is £150, covers registration, review of psychometrics (screening forms), and the initial 1-hour appointment. ADHD Assessment: This payment secures Part A and reserves Part B. Should we agree to progress to the second appointment, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance of £550. Autism Assessment: This payment secures Part A. There are several parts to an Autism Assessment, which will be discussed during the screening appointment should we decide to proceed with a full assessment. If the appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice, you will receive a full reimbursement. However, for cancellations made on short notice or after the return and review of screening forms, you will be refunded with a deduction for the cost of paper screening and associated administrative fees.
