Therapy/counselling is provided for a range of conditions including, anger, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Therapy can also be adapted for individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those with recognised Learning Disabilities. In addition, I work with individuals struggling to come terms with neurodiversity (including ADHD and ASD).

What to expect with therapy
A detailed collaborative formulation to help you understand yourself and your present difficulties.
A course of treatment designed specifically around your needs.
Flexibility with regards frequency and duration of therapy.
A safe and non-judgemental space to explore your difficulties.
All clients who engage in six or more sessions will be entitled to a free brief therapy report or relapse prevention plan.
Therapy is offered on an open-ended or short-term basis. It is recommended that you engage in at least six therapy sessions. Therapy is usually conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis at least initially. Some clients prefer to start with frequent therapy sessions and then tail off, others prefer to have less frequent sessions from the beginning. It is recommended that you have an initial session first to check that you are comfortable with me as a therapist before booking subsequent sessions. After all, the single best predictor of positive therapy outcomes is the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist.
Therapy costs £100 (Face to Face) and £90 (Video conference or phone call) for 50-minute sessions. Face to Face sessions take place in rented therapy rooms in Northampton.
