About : About Me

I am Dr Robyn Price, a Chartered Forensic Psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society (CPsychol).  I am bound by the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the British Psychological Society and my clinical activity is regulated by the Health and Care Professionals Council (no. PYL38881).

I predominately work for the NHS within a mental health recovery service.  My primary role is supporting clients with their mental health recovery and their transition from inpatient care to community living.  This includes working with complex presentations and dual diagnosis (e.g., clients with psychosis and neurodevelopment conditions such as ADHD and/Autism Spectrum Condition).  Prior to joining this role, I worked for 2.5 years in an NHS community neurodevelopmental diagnostic service. This included diagnostic screening, diagnostic assessment, supporting individuals to come to terms with their diagnosis, and providing tailored therapy.

My formal qualifications include:
2006: BSc Psychology (Lancaster University).
2010: MSc Applied Forensic Psychology (University of Leicester).
2013: NVQ L4 Advice and Guidance Diploma (The Open University).
2020: Doctorate in Forensic Psychology (University of Nottingham).
